In exchange for the privilege to rent the golf cart, you are accepting full responsibility for your own negligence. You must operate this vehicle in a safe manner, and adhere to all rules set forth by Harleman Vacation Services and Golf Carts LLC and the State of Florida. You are liable for all medical and legal expenses. You voluntarily agree to accept the risks of using a golf cart. You voluntarily release Harleman Vacation Services and Golf Carts LLC, StreetLegalGolfCartRentals.com and the State of Florida and the State of Florida from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, damages, and demands for body injury, property damage, loss of life and/or loss of services, in payments and demands for agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, employees, and representatives and your heirs thereby voluntarily releasing the aforementioned properties, officers, employees, and representatives and your heirs.

Under no conditions are you allowed to let another driver drive this vehicle, unless cleared by the management. You must show proof of a valid driver license to DRIVE or RENT a golf cart. Must be seated. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 to drive and rent the golf cart.

DRIVERS LAP (INITIALS REQUIRED): Car must remain on Sidewalks for Safe Operation of the Vehicle. DO NOT drive on Highway 98, Bike Paths or BEACH/SAND and nature areas. Stay within city limits. Do not take cart on nature trails. Maximum of 4 people on cart (or 6 on passenger carts, etc.) and all passengers must be seated. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE FRONT SEAT WITHOUT AN ADULT. Sidewalks must be observed. DO NOT drive on Highway 98. Bike Paths or BEACH/SAND areas. Simple observation must be observed. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN FRONT SEAT WITHOUT AN ADULT.

BEACH/SAND (INITIALS REQUIRED): Regulations will forfeit all rental privileges immediately. This includes reckless driving, allowing underage guests to operate the Vehicle. Forfeiture will incur an additional $500 penalty. You further agree to pay for any damage or theft to the cart, for any item accessories, up to and including TOTAL LOSS. Additionally, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file for the same.

You agree to pay for ANY damage to the cart (at any time). You further agree to allow us to collect for damages. Golf carts are often turned over to other customers immediately following pickup. All carts must be fully charged when picked up. Any carts BELOW 70% battery will be charged a $100 fee.

It is strictly forbidden for any individual without a valid driver's license to operate this vehicle. At no time may a minor have a hand or control of the steering wheel when the vehicle is moving. Golf carts are a LEGAL motorized vehicle and driving or riding in these vehicles can lead to serious injury, property damage and even death. You are not allowed to have more people on the cart than it can safely fit. If the management determines in their absolute discretion that you have misused the cart in any way, it will require an immediate return without a refund.

WE WILL TAKE YOUR GOLF CART if the management determines in their absolute discretion that you have misused the cart in any way. WE DO reserve the right to be Enforced for lost, stolen, broken, or misuse include but are not limited to:

• $50.00 Pick-up Delay Due to Customer Negligence
• $150 if any portion of the Windshield is damaged
• $250 Emergency fee
• $50.00 Extension Cord
• $125.00 Charging Cable
• $125.00 Extension Cord
• $15,000 Lost key

Lost key agreement — Lessee acknowledges receipt of equipment below which shall remain to be in good and working condition. I agree to return all equipment in the same state in which I received it.

I agree to a rental or a damage deposit ($500 per CART) to be paid and be available at the commencement of my rental. I understand that a credit card will be charged PER CART of the repair cost of the golf carts rented. I am responsible for knowing and obeying the rules and regulations for the community where you are staying. You are responsible for knowing the rules about golf cart rental and operation in all communities, including severe weather situations such as tropical storms and hurricanes. We always recommend traveling during my rental time period to be charged to the card listed below. I incur ALL costs, including lost rental wages during the repair time. I hereby request photos and copies of any and all loss, breakage reports be emailed to me should an incident arise.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations within a 30 day window will be NON-REFUNDABLE. More than 30 days are 100% REFUNDABLE.

HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY READING IT BEFORE I SIGNED.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO OPERATE THIS CART ABOVE. I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MYSELF AND ANYONE ELSE I ALLOW TO OPERATE THIS CART.
